Treating Customers Well
"It is not the employer who pays the wages. Employers
only handle the money. It is the customer who pays the wages..." Henry Ford
It is Hydro-Works intention to treat each customer
like they are a member of our family. And whether
you are simply inquiring about a product, or
purchasing a Hydrogen Cell, you will be treated with
respect. We are attempting to establish a consumer
oriented culture that places a high degree of
importance on the way each individual is treated.
An established salesman at Tier II automotive supplier was
overheard saying, "We need to get back to basics". A
young aspiring new-hire asked, "Why did we ever leave?"
There is a tremendous amount of wisdom in that as it
applies to Customer Service. Hydro-Works will stick to the
basics when it comes to making consumers happy by remembering
that it is the customer that pays our wages. It is the
customer that allows us to put food on our tables and without them,
Hydro-Works would cease to exist.
Hydro-Works strives for a complete Hydrogen Assist Technologies
experience. From our Customer Support, to our dedicated Sales Team,
and our Installation Assistance Program, and even our CEO and President,
we will all be here for you to help guide you through
any questions that you might have.
You can count on Hydro-Works.

Treating the Environment Well
"We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children..." Native American Proverb
According to the
U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, one gallon of fuel produces 8.8
kilograms (or 19.4 pounds) of CO2. ONE typical passenger vehicle
equates to a release of 5.5 metric TONS of Carbon Dioxide equivalent.
Hydro-Works isn't in the business of making political statements or
lining up on party lines. But we do realize that running a Hydrogen
based fuel reduces the amount of CO2 deposited into the environment.
In fact, using our Hydrogen Assist cells in your vehicle will
reduce your vehicles CO2 emissions and potentially help your
car run leaner and last longer.
"When hydrogen, as a fuel, combines with air, the principal resulting
product is H2O, water. No carbon dioxide (CO2) results in
the combustion process since there are no carbons in hydrogen.
This 'green' power will not be merely a 'low-carbon-footprint',
it will be a 'No-Carbon-Footprint.'
During a State of the Union speech last January, the Bush
administration proposed more research in Hydrogen Assist
Technologies and predicted that we could be rolling
out commercially practical vehicles that are totally
Hydrogen dependant by 2020.
Don't wait until 2020. Get yours TODAY!

Treating the Product Well
"Quality means doing it right when no one is looking..."Henry Ford
Over the past decade, industrialist (and auto manufacturers)
have been going through various trends of cost-saving cycles.
These 'cuts' were intended balance the integrity of the
manufactured good with maintaining a degree of functional
quality. Words like "cycle-time" and "reuse window" gained
importance as they related to gauging product life.
It's difficult to discuss this without going into specifics.
But suffice it to say, that every functioning part on your
vehicle has been tested and rated. And in doing so, a number
is generated that details the MAXimum number of times that
particular part can/will function properly. That is called
its "Functional Life" (FL). Now, a secondary set of studies
are conducted that determine "Approximate Use" (AU).
Now using these two pieces of information, FL and AU, a
determination can be made on necessary quality. The reason
being, there is no need for a valve to have the capacity to
actuate 100 times before it goes bad when it'll only actuate
65 times in its life. Some call this a process of LEAN manufacturing.
In any event, Hydro-Works has attempted to create a manufacturing
concept that is based on getting the highest quality of
component parts REGARDLESS of theorized factors.
The results will be a very HIGH QUALITY unit.
